Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

   Please read these terms and conditions before you register. Participating in the Adzaar online program shows that you accept this agreement between yourself and us.

3. Changes to the terms

   We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Major changes will be announced on the front page, whilst minor changes will be accompanied by an updated date stamp. Continuing participation in the program shows acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

4. Participation and termination

   We reserve the right to refuse applicants, end participation of accounts, or end any of our services at any time.As a publisher you agree that Adzaar may serve third party, or Adzaar content on your property, and that your property may be accessed and cached by ourbot. You may end your participation in the publisher program by removing the Adzaar code from your pages. As an advertiser, you may end your participation by stopping all running ad campaigns.You may request that your account be deleted using the support form.

5. Your responsibility

   You are responsible for:

   • Implementing adverts to our specification.
   • Providing accurate details, and keeping them updated.
   • Keeping your password confidential.
   • Keeping to the terms of this agreement.
   • Anything related to Your property.

   Currently we pay our publishers using a third party electronic payment system. You are responsible for your account with that third party, and providing us with the required account details. Not doing so will result in delayed payment.

6. Implementation of adverts and referrals

   You agree to comply with our specifications for ad units and referrals placed on your property.You may modify or write your own code for fetching and displaying adverts on your property, in order to comply with web standards, browser compatibility, or CSS addressing, so long as your modifications leave the query functionally identical.

7. Prohibitions

   You shall not manually or automatically commit click fraud, or encourage others to do so.

   Publisher shall not:

   • Place more than three ad units on one page.
   • Overlay content on ad units displayed on your property.
   • Promote users to interact with your ad units or referral links in any way.
   • Place ad units on scraper site, parked domains, or any other content devoid pages.
   • Engage in spamming or cookie dropping in relation to our affiliate program.

   Advertisers shall not:

   • Create campaigns featuring anything illegal in their jurisdiction.
   • Feature illegal, or malicious content on the campaign target URL.
   • Use misleading URL redirection on a campaign target URL.
   • Resell our services, as this inflates prices for legitimate buyers.

8. Guarantee

   We make no guarantee regarding performance of adverts, or that the service will operate at all times. We can't and don't guarantee timing, relevance or placement of any ad impression. We operate a filter to track invalid clicks, and as such not all clicks will be charged/paid.

9. Charge-backs, reversals and refunds

   A user issuing an unauthorised chargeback or reversal of charges will be responsible for a 50 administration fee. Refunds will be at our discretion, and in the form of Adzaar advertising credit.

10. Confidentiality

    You agree to keep confidential any statistics related to your account, and e-mail communications with Adzaar.

11. Indemnity and limited liability

    You agree to indemnify Adzaar against any claim or demand, made by a third party, arising from your use or misuse of this service, or your infringement of others' intellectual property rights.
